Meet Chef Anmol Sharma, the culinary mastermind behind WildLove Restro. Born and raised in the picturesque city of Pokhara, Nepal, Anmol grew up in a family where food was much more than sustenance—it was a way of life. From a young age, he was fascinated by the traditional cooking methods passed down through generations and the rich, diverse flavors that characterized Nepalese cuisine.
Anmol’s journey to becoming a chef was fueled by his passion for his cultural heritage and his desire to bring a slice of Nepal to the global stage. After honing his skills in some of the most prestigious kitchens in Kathmandu, Anmol ventured abroad, where he continued to perfect his craft while staying true to his roots.
At WildLove Restro, Anmol combines his deep knowledge of traditional ingredients and techniques with a modern culinary approach. His signature dishes, like the meticulously crafted Momos and the robustly flavored Thukpa, are not only a nod to his childhood but also a testament to his innovative spirit.
